Job title: Quality Manager
Job type: Contract
Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: Competitive/Negotiable
Location: Seascale, Cumbria
Hours of work: 40 Hours Mon-Fri
Applicants must posses the following:
- P4 pass
- Minimum 5 years experience as a quality engineer
- Auditing experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working in nuclear or other highly regulated industry
- Knowledge of safety management standards
Role information:- Audit vendors to ensure supplies meet specifications
- Develop quality assurance plans to ensure the projects are completed to the required specifications
- Ensure industry regulations and standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure quality control processes are implemented effectively
- Ensure documentation systems are maintained in regards to quality control and reports
- Monitor performance and train and mentor staff when required
- Identify and rectify project risks to mitigate problems
