EDUCATION SOLICITOR (Associate/ Senior Associate/ Legal Director?)
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Associate / Senior Associate / Legal Director the Education team. This role offers a chance to work alongside industry leaders, contributing to the success of a rapidly growing education practice. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Education within the Employment, Education, and Pensions practice, with ample client responsibility and exposure in a supportive team environment.
You will support a range of educational institutions on various regulatory and compliance issues. The Education team collaborates closely with our Employment practice to deliver excellent client service and a comprehensive package of essential legal services.
Candidate Profile
The firm is looking for an Education Solicitor who can demonstrate the following:
- Law degree (or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience supporting an employment commercial team.
- Managing a caseload, providing sound commercial advice.
- Transactional support experience.
- Flexibility in approach, willingness to work outside normal office hours if required.
