Allied Mills is part of Associated British Foods and operates seven modern flour milling units across three production sites in Belfast, Manchester and Tilbury. We are also one of a very limited number of businesses able to produce semolina from Durum wheat in one of our specialist mills. Allied Mills is the UK’s third largest miller and mills wheat for everything from bread to bagels, baguettes and biscuits, pasties to pastries, doughnuts, cookies, burger buns and pizzas, naan bread and chapattis, noodles and pasta. We have a great opportunity for an Engineer Apprentice to join an experienced team, providing a first-class service at our flour mill in Belfast. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a range of duties and training which builds on their academic qualification, developing skills to work competently as a Maintenance Technician. To assist the engineering team in the maintenance of the plant, buildings & equipment; delivering efficiencies and improvements whilst complying with all safety, quality and legal standards.
