Job description
This Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Corporate team, managing your own caseload and building long-term working relationships. The client work is non-contentious and will include mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales, restructures and associated transactions, joint ventures, LLPs, partnerships, and corporate finance.
You will meet clients, take instructions and advise on a variety of matters to include a bias in contract.
