Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
Location: Lichfield
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive/Sales Administrator to join a globally operating logistics company, based in Lichfield. As a Tele Sales Executive/Sales Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting their Business Development Managers, customer base and driving revenue through effective tele sales techniques. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their logistics needs and promote our services.
About the company: We are pleased to be working with a Billion Euro Freight and haulage company that aims to increase their revenue and standing in the UK and EU sector over the coming years. They pride themselves on delivering reliable and efficient logistics services to their clients across various industries. With offices across Europe, the US and China their aim to provide a one stop shop for freight requirements globally. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the Midlands and to expand within their new facility.
Responsibilities: * Initiate outbound sales calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads to establish and maintain client relationships.
* Handle inbound client inquiries and route them to the appropriate team members.
* Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
* Support the sales team in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations
* Understand and articulate the company's logistics services, capabilities, and benefits to potential clients.
* Identify customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, quotes, and proposals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in their CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective communication.
About you: * Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role in the logistics or transportation industry. (ESSENTIAL)
* Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is advantageous.
