We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team at CurrentBody. As the Senior Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with the wider performance marketing team to develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
With significant investment being driven into our performance marketing division, you will be responsible for managing the planning, implementation and reporting of our paid media activity to support online growth, customer insight, brand awareness, customer retention and rapid global expansion – across all relevant paid media channels, including but not limited to: PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, Display and YouTube. You will develop paid media activity within your own team and wider teams while building relationships with key people across the business.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all work is continually reviewed in terms of delivery and profitability
- Reviewing performance with wider teams to ensure learnings are shared and new techniques are being trialled
- Delivering industry insights to the teams
- Working with the wider marketing teams, feeding into overall marketing plans
- Ownership and development of the overall paid media strategy and day to day implementation of campaigns across: PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, Display and YouTube.
- Optimising activity to ensure campaign spending is kept on track
- Analysing and optimising campaign performance across various platforms
- Reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights to the wider marketing and ecommerce teams
- Using large data sets to analyse and create optimisation plans
- Working closely with third parties like Google and Facebook to drive opportunities and test new products
- Working closely with the wider digital marketing team to present the performance of the paid media channels, bringing insights and ideas to the table to support wider activities
- Collaborating with the digital design teams
- Staying up to date with platform and industry trends and sharing new opportunities
- Continually testing new creative, audiences, bidding strategies and customer journeys in order to meet conversion, acquisition and retention KPIs
- Lead, manage and motivate team of performance marketing executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge and experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
