Job Description
As a HR Team Leader you will be responsible for:
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR Advisors to achieve performance targets and provide excellent customer service. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with skills and knowledge of ER and HR policies. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance standards to uphold service excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures. Customer Escalations: Handle escalated HR and Employee Relation queries, resolving problems promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. Recruitment: Work with the internal talent acquisition team to recruit and interview HR Advisors to join the team.The Successful Applicant
