Job description
Portfolio Payroll are currently supporting a leading financial services business in Edinburgh that are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist on a 6 month FTC, with immediate start.
This role is a brilliant opportunity for a strong payroller to get stuck in, and gain exposure to international payroll.
Salary - £40,000 - £48,000 (Dependant on experience)
Hybrid working - 2 days WFH each week
Some of the key duties and responsibilities of the role include;
Processing the end to end payroll as part of a team of 3
Monthly Reconciliations
Dealing with complex queries
Getting involved with ongoing international projects
Bookkeeping / Taxation
What the client is looking for;
Strong UK payroll knowledge and understanding of legislation
Previous HR / Tax experience (Desirable)
Ability to be pro-active and flexible in their approach
Attention to detail
