Job description
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of advanced analytics projects, encompassing activities such as data exploration, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Define and execute the analytical roadmap in alignment with business objectives and priorities.
• Conduct data mining, employing quantitative and analytical tools to analyze large datasets and uncover patterns and trends.
• Utilize Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Python, Azure, and SQL to generate detailed reports that effectively communicate actionable insights.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within complex datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and enhance business processes.
• Provide technical expertise in areas such as data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Offer strategic guidance on data collection, data quality, and data integration best practices.
Qualifications:
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in analytics, including data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets, utilizing SQL or similar query languages.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Solid comprehension of data warehousing, ETL/ELT use cases, and familiarity with Snowflake.
• Analytical assessment of current business practices, processes, and procedures, identifying opportunities for leveraging cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling the derivation of actionable insights from data.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
