Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Estimation Excellence: Apply your in-depth technical knowledge of building management systems to provide accurate and detailed estimations for regional projects, ensuring precision in technical assessments.
- Trend Analysis Proficiency: Leverage your expertise in Trend software to analyze technical trends, aligning estimations with the latest technological advancements and industry standards.
- PPM Strategy Development: Collaborate with project teams to develop technically sound Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) strategies, ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of BMS systems across the region.
- Commissioning Integration: Work closely with commissioning teams to understand technical project requirements, integrating detailed technical considerations into the estimation process, ensuring seamless transitions from installation to operation.
- Tridium Familiarity (optional): Possessing knowledge or experience with Tridium platforms is advantageous, as you may be involved in projects that incorporate this technically advanced technology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in BMS technical estimation.
- Technical proficiency in utilizing Trend software for in-depth trend analysis.
- Strong understanding of technical principles in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
- Familiarity with technical aspects of commissioning processes in building management systems.
- Optional: Familiarity with Tridium platforms.
Pay/Hours:
- £35,000 - £40,000 and a car allowance
- Monday - Friday
- 8am - 5pm
