Are you a project focused HR Business Partner with strong change management experience? Would you like to play a key role for an international animal charity on a fixed-term contract basis until the end of December 2024?

This International animal charity which has offices all around the world, aims to end animal cruelty and suffering for both wild and farmed animals. They do this by collaborating with local communities, the private sector, civil society and governments to allow animals to have better lives. It allows the charity to play a vital role in solving the climate emergency, the public health crisis and the devastation of natural habitats.

The charity has around 500 staff worldwide and promotes extensive hybrid working. Over the course of the 9-month FTC, you will only need to attend their London office 1-2 days per month.

The purpose of this 9-month FTC role paying up to £52,515 pro rata will be to drive forward the strategic and transformative HR initiatives. You will play an important role, collaborating directly with the Senior Leadership Team to help implement their new People Strategy.

The key responsibilities of this important transformational change HR Business Partner role include:

• Providing strategic advice, guidance and support to managers and staff across the organisation.
• Planning, developing and delivering HR strategies, demonstrating best practices to support the achievement of the charity's strategic objectives related to the transformation programme.
• Coaching and guiding managers to enabling them to make better decisions around employment issues, managing and mitigating any risks.
• Guiding stakeholders to develop and write detailed Job Descriptions and Person Specifications.
• Working with key stakeholders, to help develop a communication strategy for the transformation programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior HR professional with a strong background in transformational change. It will be very advantageous for this project focused HR professional to have experience of working for an international organisation previously.

This transformational change HR Business Partner will have the opportunity to lead and influence at a strategic level, providing top-level advice to managers, steering recruitment efforts and using their UK employment law knowledge.
