Job Introduction
As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo, you play a crucial role in ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest level. You'll lead a team in delivering efficient and effective cleaning services, meeting client expectations and upholding the company's reputation.
What you’ll do:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and to the required standard.
- Train and manage cleaning staff, conducting performance reviews and providing guidance as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stock of cleaning supplies.
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients to understand their cleaning needs and address any concerns or requests.
- Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including documentation of inspections and inventory.
