Community Connector Manager Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Battersea SW8 4HD
Weekly Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 1700
This year we will be opening an
affordable, creative workspace and
local tech hub at
New Mansion Square, Battersea. The site includes 11 workspace unites for
creative and
local businesses and a
1000 sq. ft local enterprise hub. This workspace and tech hub sits within our wider development of 365 homes and is part of the landmark Battersea Power Station development!
The role of
Community Connector Manager is brand new for us!
What we’re looking for: - Do you have a background in sales and marketing?
- Have you got a proven track record of building enhanced professional communities through business, enterprise, networking, and engagement?
- Are you experienced in engaging with diverse stakeholders particularly SMEs and business owners?
- Do you have a broad and in-depth knowledge of the enterprise and start-up space?
- Do you have experience of managing multiple projects and programmes that run concurringly?

New Mansion Square, Battersea A bit about the role: As a
Community Connector Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the workspace units and the local tech hub, with support provided to you by an experienced team with workspace management operational experience.
Some of the key results for the role include:
- Tenant marketing and selection, including local businesses to schedule open days.
- Establish connections internally and externally that support tenants and help deliver the workspace vision and the growth of their business.
- Work closely with BASE and other Battersea Power Station or Wandsworth council employment and business support initiatives.
- Organise business support, mentoring or networking events for tenants.
- Day to day running of the tech and creative enterprise hub, including desk sales, event space and meeting room bookings.
The go live date for this exciting opportunity will be summer 2024. Getting in at the start, you will have the opportunity to shape the workspace and be responsible for building a creative community which is well connected within Battersea and South London! This role will require a Basic DBS check. A minimum of 3 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office and then Battersea once the hub is live!
