Job description
To support the IT Lead in providing remote, first-line support to CFK Volunteers seeking assistance with their IT systems and platforms.
What will you be doing?
As IT Customer Support Specialist your key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Onboarding and offboarding use to Microsoft Office 365
- Supporting users to resolve functional issues (i.e. setting email footers, setting up/running/recording virtual meetings)
- Supporting users to effectively utilise Microsoft Office 365 on various different platforms, including Apple, Android, PC and Mac
- Supporting users to resolve technical issues (eg problems installing email / Teams, access problems)
- Designing, arranging and delivering IT training (including online events, how to / user guides and videos)
- Supporting users with queries in relation to Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Supporting the IT Lead with projects as required/desired
- Attending CFK internal meetings as required
What are we looking
for?
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint
- Experience working as first line IT support
- Proven communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Articulate written, visual and verbal communications, excellent copy accuracy; fluency in English is essential
