Job description

United Kars Ltd offers a wide array of services, including the hire, sale, and purchase of motor vehicles. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the company is on a mission to streamline automotive solutions for its clients. To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a Sales Administrator to enhance our sales operations and contribute to our success.

Main duties include:
- Assisted the managing director with scheduling, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, such as brochures and presentations.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness and ensure all sales information is up-to-date in the CRM system.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events.
- Generate and process invoices, reports, and orders.
- Provide data and guides to help the team develop their skills and achieve their targets.

Skills and Education:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
