Job description
To assist with the undertaking of all forms of Dimensional Measured Surveys throughout the UK (with international opportunities possible) To include occupational training with a view to becoming a Topographical Surveyor to assist with all general activities of the company when requested which are within your current abilities.

· Assisting the Senior Land Surveyor or Land Surveyor with his or her duties.
· Setting up survey stations/jobs measuring, accurate measurements of equipment heights, and accurately recording survey points and detail as directed by the lead surveyor.
· Accurate Coding of site detail
· Loading and unloading of equipment on and off site, ensuring all equipment is accounted for both before and after completing each day’s work.
· To undertake GPS level surveys (training provided)
· Downloading and storing of all site survey data for each day’s work in the appropriate project folder.
· Quality control to ensure all survey kit calibrated for site use.
· Assist in driving to and from site when required.
· Ensure all Survey Equipment is kept clean and in and in good working order.
· Ensuring all equipment is stored correctly and charging at the end each days use.
· Responsible for survey kit security on site
· When required to undertake general duties, to include but not limited to general office tidying/kit room/ basic vehicle cleanliness, and simple office tasks.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to health and safety guidelines in all surveying activities.
· Requirement to work away from home for prolonged periods 1 – 4 nights a week.
