Homefast offer a bespoke conveyancing onboarding service where they act as an interface between the consumer, branch and law firm. Their purpose is to ensure that all information required by the law firm to issue a draft contract is provided simultaneously with the Memorandum of Sale. This improves the customer experience and reduces delays as well as fall throughs in the conveyancing process.

A new opportunity has arised for a Quality Control, Coaching and Performance Manager to join the team based in Cheadle.

In the role of Quality Control, Coaching and Performance Manager you will be responsbile for;

• Ensuring consistent application of rules and policies.
• Define and communicate service level standards for the role of Home Move Consultant, regularly reviewing and adapting them to meet business needs.
• Report any process or SLA breaches to the senior team and identify training needs.
• Provide 1:1 feedback and support to the team, creating a Centre of Excellence.
• Develop, communicate, and oversee Performance Improvement Plans, offering additional coaching as necessary.
• Maintain and share weekly records with relevant Home Move Consultants and senior team.
• Enhance quality control measures, providing feedback and recommending process improvements.
• Design quarterly training and coaching plans for the team and individuals.
• Cover case loads of Home Move Consultants on leave or sick as needed.

Skills and expertise required to be successful in this role are;

• Experience at delivering training and coaching
• Ability to manage people and performance
• Knowledge of home moving process
