This is a hugely exciting time to join an already successful fundraising team that has reached a point of growth and expansion.
We are looking for a fundraising professional with brilliant relationship building skills to join their dynamic team as their Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager and to enable them to raise funds through major gifts and corporate partnerships. Transferable skills are more than welcome!
The charity enjoys phenomenal support, and following a highly successful capital build project have some exciting relationships to explore
Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager
Full Time – Permanent
North London with Hybrid working (2 days p/w from home)
Up to Circa £39,800 Per Annum
Duties will include:
• Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships to build on supporter stewardship strategies
• Working collaboratively with your team on new business strategies to generate fresh income from major donors and corporate partners
• Preparing and delivering engaging and compelling presentations to major donors and corporate partners
• Co-leading on establishing a clear major donor and corporate pipeline
• Collaborating with all teams to maximise the success of major gifts and corporate partnerships
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of working within the major donor and/or corporate fundraising sector
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Experience of team management
• The ability to put the supporter experience front and centre
• The ability to work collaboratively with others
