Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Description: Part-time or Full-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS ON OFFER) in a well established, modern & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Gravesend, Kent.
•    £14-£15 per UDA
•    EXCELLENT PRIVATE INCOME IN ADDITION - £4K-£6K PER MONTH
•    50% split on private
•    50/50 split on lab bills
•    BDA good practice award
•    Existing, well maintained patient list
•    Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice
•    OPG
•    iTero Scanner
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary Endo
•    Hygienist support
•    Experienced nursing team 
•    Full support team
•    Hours: 9am-5.30pm
•    20 minutes from Dartford. 30 minutes from Maidstone
•    Available now, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
