About the Role:
- Focussing on the state-of-the-art professional coffee division, you will be responsible for developing, creating and crafting compelling content and copy to elevate the brands products and presence in the UK market.
- This is a hybrid role (office/home based) and will require a blend of creative, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

- You will be responsible for the businesses marketing communication activities both internally and externally with involvement in PR, social media, digital marketing, sales support and advertising.
Specific Duties Will Include:
- Crafting compelling and appealing visual and copy content for marketing materials, including but not limited to collateral, social media, PR, Ads and digital content based on guidelines and templates from HQ
- Collaborating with HQ colleagues to ensure all assets align with global brand guidelines and vision and to work on larger projects where support is required
- Driving local digital presence through strategic campaigns across various platforms and support relevant agencies with advertising and lead generation where content is required.
- Contributing and taking a lead on the evolution and enhancement of the brands local presence and awareness through consistent messaging and visual identity via all channels
- Leading on all external inbound and outbound PR activities, utilising industry media partners and contacts to generate paid and free media, editorials and advertorials including creating all articles and content needed
- Collaborating cross-functionally with local and global colleagues to integrate the brand into product launches and initiatives
- Generating social media content to foster local community awareness and engagement and work with HQ colleagues to execute the content across channels
- Monitoring UK channels for customer engagement and competitor trends to allow for quick local adaptation
- Pitching in and supporting UK teams with ad-hoc tasks where required and guided by Head of Marketing to complete administrative tasks and forms where required to ensure fast execution
Key Skills/Experience Required: In order to be considered for the role of Creative Marketing Executive you must possess the following:
- Solid experience in B2B Marketing, specifically in content creation and management with a strong background in communications
- Experience gained from working within and FMCG organsisation would be an advantage
- Technical knowledge and experience of marketing tools (both online and offline) and channels with a keen interested in following industry trends and analytics.
- Exceptional and clear communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) to effectively and efficiently create content and convey messaging to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in using design tools, especially Adobe Suite with strong knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Video editing tools like Premier Pro are advantageous).
- Strong, demonstrational education background with a degree qualification or equivalent (CIM, IDM etc).
- Able to commute to St Albans 3 days per week.

- Salary of £35k – £40k p.a
