Are you a passionate, driven individual with a knack for sales and a love for new Homes? Look no further! My client is seeking talented individuals to join their team as New Homes Sales Negotiators.
What's on offer✨ :
- £27k-£30k basic, £55k OTE with uncapped earning potential
- 100% Commission paid on reservation
- Tuesday/Wednesday off
- Weekend working is required

As a key member of the sales team, you'll:
- 🏡 Showcase exceptional new homes to prospective buyers
- Guide them through the homebuying process with professionalism and expertise
- 📈Drive sales by building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect property
- 💼 Collaborate closely with developers, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions from start to finish
- 🔍 Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor analysis to effectively position our homes and maximize sales opportunities
- 💡 Provide exceptional customer service, delivering a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression
About You:
- Proven track record in property sales, preferably in new homes
- A excellent understanding off the North London Camden patch
- Abiity to progress your own sales
- Ability to sell off plan
