Salaried GP near Bracknell - Tier 2 Sponsorship Available.

Are you a dedicated and compassionate GP seeking a rewarding opportunity in Bracknell? Located in the heart of Berkshire, Bracknell offers a vibrant community with excellent amenities and easy access to both urban and rural landscapes. Our 5-site training practice is currently seeking a Salaried GP to join our team for up to 8 sessions per week.

About Us

We are a friendly and forward-thinking 5-site training practice looking after circa. 41,000 patients, we have 18 GPs (9 Partners and 9 Salaried GPs) as well as an extensive clinical team. We aim to deliver excellence and innovation in primary care. There is a strong ethos on education and team work, each Salaried GP is offer a GP Partner as a mentor.

Key Information:

up to £11,000 per session

Up to 8 sessions per week available

Tier 2 sponsorship available

Private healthcare offered

Training practice status, providing opportunities for professional development and mentorship

Birthday off in addition to annual leave entitlement

Low home visit rate

Protected daily clinician coffee break to support well-being and collaboration

7 weeks leave (6+1 annual and study leave)

Requirements:

Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the GP Register

Relevant experience working as a General Practitioner in primary care settings

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting health equity

Willingness to participate in on-call duties and flexible working arrangements as required
