Job description

What you will do in your working day

• To support the child’s development in ways that will foster security, confidence and independence
• To raise the awareness of staff of the need to safeguard children
• To support children’s learning and development with children aged 6 months to 5 years old
• Support children’s development skills, working to plan activities, recording observation and their progress, maintaining progress records of their key children

The training you will be getting

• Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard 
• Functional Skills maths and English (if required)
• All training is worked based (no college days)

• Potential job opportunities or progression onto a higher level Apprenticeship
