Position: Creative Account Manager
Day Rate: £325 - £330 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid
Start Date: March
Duration: January 2025 (Mat Leave)
Main Duties:
- Responsible for acting as the bridge between our internal clients and our team creatives, partnering to deliver surprising and delightful creative in our category-busting brand
- Act as the main point of contact planning and driving the delivery of engaging and impactful creative work supporting key business growth areas, across products, campaigns, events and more
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects bringing to life innovative visual and written concepts across deliverables such as campaigns, events, advertising and brochures
- Project manage the process from brief through creative development, to production and delivery
- Utilising project and account management skills to deliver projects on brief, on budget, on brand and on time. Responsible for the flawless delivery of our creative output
- Gaining an understanding of clients' business goals and their communications challenges; developing deep knowledge of the business and helping suggest creative solutions to client challenges
- Working closely with fellow account managers and workflow coordinator across our four global team locations to support optimal delivery of projects
- Partnering with our designers and creative directors globally to ensure on-brief creative excellence in our output
- Building and cultivating relationships with key business partners, interpreting their future needs to facilitate effective workflow planning
- From the interpretation of creative briefs through to final delivery of projects, ensuring stakeholders experience the highest levels of service, particularly expectation management
Required Skills:
*Exceptional organisational skills, including the ability to manage many projects simultaneously, with a high attention to detail
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Excellent presentation skills
*Consensus builder and proactive problem-solver
*High-energy, self-starter
*Strong team player, who can also take the initiative and work independently with little or no supervision
*Five or more years of experience as part of an account management team within an agency environment is preferred but will consider relevant corporate experience
*Understanding financial services is an advantage but not a prerequisite
*Bachelor's degree in business, communications or marketing preferred
