Project Support Administrator opportunity is based in a company dealing in wholesale and retail trade of power tools and hardware. The successful candidate will undertake project, administrative and warehouse tasks, ensuring the smooth operations in the logistics, marketing and operations teams..
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails and coordinating appointments, internally and externally.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both electronic and hard copy documents.
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations under the instruction of senior team members.
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance with a high degree of accuracy.
- Use Shopify and ERP system for stock allocation and control.
- Draft and proofread emails, memos and other written communications.
- Preparing, picking and processing orders ready for dispatch.
- Assist colleagues when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work off own initiative.
- Confident in answering and making phone calls.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and social media.
- Flexible and positive approach. Able to prioritise and complete tasks within tight deadline and ability to work under pressure.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of office and warehouse management procedures.
- Experience with Shopify and ShipStation.
- Experience in a busy warehouse or office environment.

Salary: 16/17 £5.28, 18/20 £7.49, 21/22 £10.18, 23/24 £10.42 per hour.
Although this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
