We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant be a part of our integral team at Monmouth School, Old Dixon Road, Monmouth, NP25 3YT

What you'll be doing

• Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to students
• Food preparation
• Setting up counters and cleaning all areas front and back of house
• Client focus – providing excellent customer service at all times
• General cleaning of front and back of house
• Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
• Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
• Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
  
   

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar catering role is desirable but not essential as full on the job training will be provided
