Job description
The Group Reward Manager’s role is to ensure flawless execution of the annual cycle of Reward activities to ensure that Nomad Foods colleagues across the Group are rewarded fairly and in line with market practice; and to manage cross-border moves including all aspects of compliance management.
We are looking for a strong reward professional who wants to be part of a team and to help set direction for the Reward function within Nomad. With strong governance and strong oversight across the entire Nomad Group. Someone who is curious about how we do things and has the courage to challenge ways of working and continually seek improvements across all pay and benefits processes.
Annual Pay Review (APR) and Bonus
- Tracking external pay data and movements to support APR process each year
- Design and delivery of ABP and Bonus, alongside Finance, Tech, and Performance CoE team
- Own ABP and Bonus process, including system preparation, HR and Manager education, Communications, Budget and Spend tracking, and Reporting
- Any required analysis for CPO and Audit processes
Governance and Compliance
- Ownership of Group Reward Principles
- Calculation and analysis of Gender Pay Gap across Nomad Foods and Birds Eye
- Provide data and analysis to drive improvements and ensure compliance
- Participation to Dow Jones Sustainability Index
- Provide data and analysis for Non-Exec Director remuneration and LTIPs
Job Evaluations, Benchmarking and Salary Surveys
- Ownership of Job Evaluation process
- Alignment of job gradings across Group
- Participation in Salary Surveys and distribution of Market Data
- Create pay insights to share across Group
Global Mobility / International Assignments
- Responsible for all cross-border permanent transfers
- Maintaining records and governance (costing and tracking)
- Ensuring compliance and setup across payroll, corporate tax, social security, and immigration
- Vendor management (tax advisors, relocation providers) where appropriate
- Initiation of Tax, Relocation, and Immigration services
- Preparation of documentation for both employee and employer
Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs)
- Management of LTIP grants and vests
- LTIP documentation, and management of joiners, and leavers
- Partnership with Group Reporting and Group Corporate Tax to ensure correct tax and reporting treatment
