Job description

At Bedford Citizens Housing Association, we're looking for a Deputy Night Care Manager to support in leading our dedicated night team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality person centered care.
• Mentor and develop our Night Care Team.
• Keep precise records.
• Liaise effectively with professionals.
• Administer medication accurately.
• Manage staff rotas efficiently.
• Uphold our compliance and safety standards.

What We Require:

To excel in this role, you need strong leadership and organisational skills. You should have excellent communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Knowledge of care regulations is crucial, and a Health and Social Care qualification (level 3 or above) and a First Aid Qualification are essential qualifications.

The Deputy Night Care Manager would be required to work a three week rota including one weekend in three. Shifts start at 19:45 and finish at 08:00.
