Job description
Fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Advisor to join this forward thinking commercial organisation. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, you will partner with part of the UK business to identify learning needs and create effective solutions to meet those needs. You will be the focal point on all aspects of learning and development for managers and employees and have the opportunity to be part of strategic learning and development projects, nationally and internationally.
You will need the following experience:-- Demonstrable experience of working with key stakeholders through the whole L&D cycle, including identification of needs, creation of solutions and evaluating success.
- Experience of project managing the development of all varieties of learning content, as well as collating suitable learning resources from a wide variety of sources
- You must be comfortable to provide specialist advice to individuals, business customers and HR colleagues on all aspects of learning & development and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- You will be a confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholder at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and / or facilitating team development solutions would be beneficial
