About Our Client

The client are a fantastic firm within the property and housing industry. They are looking for a resource planner to join their team to ensure that their repairs and maintenance service is efficiently delivered and is highly customer focused.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of this resource planner:

• Allocate appointment slots to arrange repairs
• Track progress of the team of maintenance operatives
• Contact customers reminding them of appointments
• Ensuring repairs are completed within their priority deadline
• Block out holiday, sickness and staff training time in operative's diaries
• Check the previous day's diary to ensure all jobs were completed
• Make sure all operatives are fully utilised with minimal travel time

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this resource planner position based in Stevenage will have a strong administrative background. Furthermore, the candidate must have good organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
