About the role  

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people to join our team to perform high quality home surveys with a “WOW” customer experience.

What you'll be doing as a Solar Energy Surveyor  

• Understanding the customers’ needs and demonstrate the benefits of solar energy. 
• Completing 2-3 qualified leads per day working within a 70–100-mile radius of home address. 
• Converting home visits into sales by presenting offers. 
• Taking orders and objection handling. 
• Representing All Seasons Energy and providing customers with the best possible experience during the home visits, always being polite, professional, and knowledgeable. 
• Being fully prepared to provide trustworthy, accurate, and engaged advice to help homeowners make the right choice. 
• Accurately completing surveys with minimal disruption to the homeowner, you'll need to always work efficiently and look to optimise your time in a customer’s home. 

 

What we would like you to have as a Solar Energy Surveyor 

 

We will provide all necessary training however we need you to have the following: 

• A passion for sales and excellent communication skills. 
• Excellent customer service skills. 
• A keen eye for detail, and the ability to understand, and find a solution to our customer's problems. 
• Direct sales experience preferred. Solar industry experience would be advantageous.

• Basic salary of £25,000 + commission (£65,000 OTE)
