Facilities Operative
Salary:
Up to 45,000 per annum
Hours:
09:00am – 18:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Location:
London based (Multi site)

Job Responsibilities:
- Emergency Response – Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, such as leaks, power outages, or security breaches
- Groundskeeping – Perform landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including lawn care, snow removal, and exterior maintenance with car parks and paths
- Inventory Management – Monitor and reorder supplies, parts, and materials needed
- for maintenance work.
- Communication – Coordinate with other staff members, contractors, and management to ensure efficient maintenance operations
- Compliance -Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Cleaning – Cleaning of our car parks and service areas (jet washing etc.) to ensure we are safe and compliant for our staff and guests
The Person:
- Driving license to drive the company van
- Suitable qualification in Electrics
- Previous experience working with the tasks on the job description
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical fitness and the ability to manage the workload
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
