Job description

SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a fantastic client in Derby. They are requiring a strong Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months.

This is a busy and varied role and our client requires a hard working and experienced Administrator who can turn their hand to anything. You will play a key role in the business and support in various departments.

This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday 8am-4pm and paying £11.50 an hour.

Main duties will include

Answering the office phone line
Dealing with customer queries via email and telephone
Processing customer orders
Booking out UK and EU deliveries
Dispatching orders
Reception cover
Meeting and greeting visitors
Liaising with the production teams
General office administration duties such as printing, scanning, and photocopying
Keeping company records updated
Assisting with compliance
Data entry

Skills
Good attention to detail
Strong communicator
Good IT skills and the ability to pick up systems and software quickly

This role is ideal for an immediately available administrator who is looking to start a role ASAP.
