This role requires the Telesales Manager to join a dedicated sales team in the retail industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the telesales department, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction in their Epping office.
Job Description
The Telesales Manager will be responsible for the below:
- Manage, lead and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets
- Implement sales strategies and monitor effectiveness
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Liaise with other departments to improve sales processes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct staff training and development programs
The Successful Applicant
The successful Telesales Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field
- Proven track record of managing a successful sales or telesales team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies
- Based within a commutable distance from the Epping office
- Ability to work in the office full time
