Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator to join our team in Willand.

The hours of work and shift patterns are: Monday - Friday

Week 1: 04:45 - 12:45

Week 2: 10:00 - 18:00

£12.35 per hour

Package Description
Main Responsibilities

As a Planning Coordinator you are a key part of the team that ensures the smooth coordination of production on site. You will coordinate the flow of work and materials across departments to ensure production remains on time and in line with our customer's orders.

On a day to day basis you will create the daily plan and schedule for multiple production plans within the factory. You will work closely with other departments such as purchasing & warehouse to improve the management of systems and processes on site.

You will also be responsible for undertaking stock takes and investigating any discrepancies.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Planning Coordinator would have strong communication skills and will be confident liaising with various departments across the organisation.

You will be a logical thinker with strong numerical and analytical skills and the ability to understand how new developments can impact production plans.

You will process and analyse primary data, setting up the labelling system and designing the labels.

Running system and data reports will be key in this position.

The Willand factory has been part of Devon’s food manufacturing heritage since 1898 where it started life as an egg processing facility. Steeped in history this site is located on Lloyd Maunder road, which is easily accessed by the M5 or local bus routes. Willand has been part of 2 Sisters since 2008.
