A selective co-educational HMC day school with over 1500 pupils
Deputy Head of Maintenance (Preparatory School campus).
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), full-year role.
Salary range £29,500 to £31,500 per annum.
We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Head of Maintenance. The successful candidate will possess a range of practical trade skills and be able to efficiently manage the daily maintenance of the Preparatory School campus with minimum disruption to the school. They will be responsible for the supervision, work allocation and personal and professional development of the maintenance team and facilities assistants.
The successful candidate will deputise the Maintenance Manager during periods of absence and be responsible for external contractors on the school premises. They will be expected to promote safe working practices and manage the maintenance and upkeep of the swimming pool.
