Job description

Our client is a premier provider of beauty and fragrance products seeking to recruit a Commercial Administrator, Guernsey. This is a full time role however part time candidates will also be considered.

Overall purpose of the role:

This role would suit a talented and personable Senior Hair Stylist to join their friendly team of hair and beauty specialists. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and qualified stylist with excellent technical abilities coupled with real creative flair and love of hair.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Providing advice on the latest fashion trends
• Cutting, colouring and styling at the highest level
• Demonstrating the latest products and techniques
• Promoting client rebooking and cross-selling and up-selling of appropriate services and products
• Assist with the training and development of their apprentice and junior stylists.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-4 years'' experience of working in a busy salon and used to maintaining a book of clients
• At least NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• Creative and innovative with a real passion for hair
