About Our Client
The client are a market leading FMCG organisation who supply to major retailers. This is a Technical Manager/ Quality Assurance Assistant 12 month FTC role to provide customer service and develop relationships with Key Accounts, ensuring all customer requirements and external regulations are met and compliant. This would suit a candidate who has worked in a similar technical environment, ideally having been in a customer facing role (B2B).
Job Description
- Update QA database weekly for all complaints
- Liaise with site Quality for all complaints and feedback to the customer, investigating where necessary
- Keep customer specification systems up to date
- Work closely with internal and external customers to manage expectations
- Interact with internal customers and manage company expectations to customers in light of product changes and specifications
- Attend technical reviews with customers, discussing KPIs, Benchmarking, Surveillance Testing and Complaints analysis
- Keep up to date with customer specification systems
- Handle any complaints effectively and investigate where necessary
- Ensure products comply with all UK and EU legislation
- Assist production sites with preparation of customer audits
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Live locally to Hemel Hempstead and be able to commute at least once a week
- Have experience in a B2B customer service environment
- Have experience as a Technical Manager or Junior Technical Manager
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
