Role: Care Home Maintenance

Location: Weston-super-Mare

Hours:  22.5 hours / 3 days per week, between Monday-Friday.

09.00-17.00 or 08.00-16.00. Shift start and end times, and on call rota to be discussed.

Salary: £10.45- £12.45 per hour

Notaro Care Homes are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Person, to work at their esteemed care home in Weston-super-Mare. 

THE ROLE:

• General maintenance of the home
• Maintaining equipment and keeping up to date records
• Carrying out regular tests and checks such as fire alarms and PAT testing
• Completing relevant paperwork including health and safety audits and risk assessments
• Painting and decorating
• Liaise with the Home Manager and/or Managing Director regarding any problems

THE RIGHT PERSON:

• To be flexible to suit the needs of the home and able to prioritsie workload
• Must have experience in general maintenance, care home maintenance experience is desirable
• Experience of working both independently and in a team. 
• Must hold a full, clean driving licence
