*** Account Manager **
IMMEDIATE START & INTERVIEWS
- Basic Salary: upto £60k plus £10k OTE
- Full time office based 9am to 5.30pm - Hybrid will be considered for the right candidate
- Location: Addlestone, Surrey
Our Consultancy based client based in Addlestone is currently recruiting a experienced Account Manager due to continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted on visiting Existing and prospect accounts to determine their potential
- Build relationships with client contacts and determine if an account has potential
- Meet accounts to increase perm/contract sales, introduce new teams that can service the account, map out key decision makers/hiring managers, help improve recruitment process and ensure 100% share of wallet.
- You will not manage the day-to-day account itself, but manage and maintain a good relationship with the clients they are assigned.
- Ability to liaise with internal teams to deliver client goals/objectives
- Help develop sales collateral to continuously improve the effectiveness of presentations
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience working with clients and managing key relationship
- Experience in a sales-related position
- Full (ideally clean) driving license
- A reputation for taking initiative, setting goals, and getting things done within accounts
