Job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and compassionate Housing Officer to join our team based at our Kent Resettlement Service in Rochester. The role is full time, permanent, working 40 hours per week with the requirement to take part in the on call rota.

As our Housing Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Trust policies, procedures and stakeholder contracts by liaising with internal and external agencies and partners, ensuring that all properties within the service are safe, habitable, fit for purpose and full equipped in accordance with the Trust policies and the terms of the tenancy agreement with the relevant landlords.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A satisfactory enhanced DBS with adults barred list check is required for this role and job offers will be subject to the Trust receiving satisfactory evidence of the successful applicant’s right to work in the UK.

About Kent Resettlement
The Kent Resettlement is a 27 bed service within the Medway Towns in Kent offering homes and support for people with convictions. The services also comprises of 5 houses in the community all of which are furnished and self catering.
