Reprographics/Educational Visits Administrator
Required: ASAPGrade E: 25-30 hours per week (over 5 day – start/finish time can be flexible) term-time only (to be confirmed with successful candidate)
Salary: £23,114 - £24,702 FTE – salary will be pro-rated to the agreed hours Post includes membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme: Minimum of 27% Employers Pension contribution at current rates.

We require an exceptional individual to join our friendly staff. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a strong and successful team. The successful applicant will provide specific administrative support for Educational Visits and full and efficient reprographic support to all teaching and support staff, managing the Reprographics room daily. Full training & support will be provided.
Attributes and Experience required:
• Excellent communication, organisational and administration skills;
• The ability to work as part of a team and to assist others where required;
• High levels of attention to detail and accuracy; strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) are also highly desirable;
• Experience of working in a school or with young people would be desirable but not essential;
• Professional manner; flexible in your approach, a good listener and communicator, and have positive attitudes to young people;
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality;
• A qualified first aider or willingness to qualify in First Aid is also desirable.

The hours for this post are to be worked between 8.30am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday (including a half hour lunch break). The closing date for applications is Monday 11th March 2024 at midday, however we would recommend an early application as we will be interviewing on a rolling basis as suitable candidates apply.
