IT Technician

Salary £30,000 – £32,400
I am currently supporting a charity leading the fight to keep the internet a safe place for our children. We are looking for an experienced IT professional to hit the ground running and provide a mixture of 1st/2nd line support to users of the business that are responsible for removing sensitive content. I personally can’t think of a more satisfying role, as you are enabling the research to keep making their job possible. The role also includes some exciting projects working closely with the infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote or onsite support to end users of the business.
- Manage internal networks and hosted M365 platforms.
- Comply with companies’ documentation policy.
- Make sure all software is up to date.
- Support and maintain SharePoint estate.
- Knowledge of cyber security fundamentals
