Role Description As the first People Partner, you have the unique opportunity to shape and design best-in-class people initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership and department managers to develop HR strategies aligned with company goals. Implement best practices in recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent. Support performance management and team development through continuous performance practices. Lead organizational changes while ensuring legal compliance and acting as a true partner. Utilize data insights to continuously improve our people approach and drive engagement. Collaborate with Operations to design and deliver training programs for employee development. Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness, and consistency. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Experience & Knowledge Minimum 2 years' experience as an HR People Partner. Strong ER experience. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong influencing and coaching skills. Experience in the PBSA/BTR industry preferable Resilience, adaptability, and cultural diversity awareness.
