Job description
Join our dynamic team at Gorseinon Dental, a newly refurbished, independently owned, and family-run practice near Gorseinon, Swansea.
We are currently seeking a Part-time or Full-time Performer Dentist to work 3-5 days per week, with flexible scheduling options.
Key Details:
– Compensation: Up to £15-£16 per UDA, depending on experience
– Private Income: Enjoy a 50% split, generating £3K-£5K per month
– Lab Fees: Benefit from a fair 50/50 split on lab fees
– Patient Base: Take over an existing, well-maintained list from a retiring Associate
– Technology: Work in fully computerized surgeries equipped with Pearl software, intraoral cameras, digital x-rays, and rotary endo
– Support: Receive assistance from a qualified nurse, with a Dental Therapist on-site
– Management: Principal/Owner and a full-time Practice Manager on-site for guidance
– Team: Join a longstanding and supportive team
– Location: Convenient on-site parking and additional free parking nearby
– Accessibility: Just 15 minutes from Swansea and 30 minutes from Carmarthen
