Are you currently working in pricing? Are you looking for a role where you are truly part of the underwriting team? Bolton Associates are working with a global specialty insurance business that has an opening in their global A&H team. If you are comfortable working with large data sets, would thrive in a role where there are new risks often unique ones coming in, where you need to think on your feet and be imaginative then this role is for you! You need to be working as a pricing analyst – actuarial or non actuarial for min 2 years. You need to be a great communicator. You will be speaking to underwriters from all over the world so being able to build relationships is key. This role offers the candidate brilliant exposure to senior execs and for you to be part of the underwriting team, getting involved in the strategy of the book and deal making. A&H experience is no required but ideally you will be working in either general insurance (personal or commercial) or healthcare.
