No Letting Go Grantham are looking for a further property clerk to help with our expansion in the area.
The role entails visiting rented residential properties to conduct both pre tenancy inventories and mid tenancy inspections, and post tenancy checkouts on behalf of our clients.
** Your own transport is essential**
Whilst experience in lettings or estate agency is preferable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Initially part time but hours may increase due to the nature of the business.
