Camberley
£20,000 - £22,000 base salary (depending on experience)
£10,000 OTE
Onsite free parking
Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm
The Role Due to expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our Head Office in Camberley.
Crux Careers are held in high regard when it comes to recruiting for the Property Industry. We have built fantastic relationships with our clients and work hard to deliver a high quality service to high street Estate Agencies and Prop Tech companies.
We are looking for candidates who enjoy working with people, who are motivated by success, earnings and learning something new every day.
Property industry knowledge / experience again, would be ideal, however, it is not essential.
This is a 360° role. However, you will predominately be finding candidates and nurturing / building relationships and matching candidates with vacancies that we have.
You're daily tasks will include :-
- Sourcing candidates for our active job vacancies
- Reviewing CVs and adding to the CRM
- Building strong relationships with our clients
- Managing the recruitment interview process from start to end
- Other general administrative tasks.
Skills/Attributes Required:-
- Experience as a recruitment consultant
- Excellent telephone mannor
- Confident and outgoing personaility
- Articulate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team or independently
- Resilience
- Strong people skills with the ability to build great relationships with candidates / clients
