Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to drive the successful execution of our product and service-related projects.

What you'll do:
- Work with colleagues across the business regarding new propositions (products & services), delivering initial business case, in line with documented process guide, with a clear customer focus by coordinating inputs from various business functions for board approval.
- Utilise the Agile framework to prepare, upon approval of initial business case, a detailed analysis of costs, project plan incl. stage-gates and responsibilities through to launch including customer communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to develop and implement digital projects.
- Utilise a lean approach by identifying the value of each project, map the value stream, create the flow, establish the pull and continue to improve to ensure that customer value is maximised, and waste is eliminated by remaining within the project scope and meeting critical success factors.
- Ensure all projects are transparent to key stakeholders and that the value of each project is clearly tracked and reported upon through the use of relevant tools and commitment and delivery points.
- Ensure all plans are delivered on time, on brand, in line with our values and to agreed timescales and budget.
- Manage risks and issues within the project team with recommendations and proposed solutions to ensure adaptability of the project.
- Maintain project plans and ensure work streams owners deliver to their plans in line with the documented process guide.
- Responsible for the planning of setting goals, defining roles and producing schedules of tasks.
- Focus on execution through managing the project to a pre-agreed time-plan, supported by the project team.
What you'll need:
- Experienced in the use of project management software, ideally Microsoft Project
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role focused on delivery of product and services.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Prince2 qualification
- Experience with Digital Project implementation
- Strong influencing skills
- A proactive attitude and a values led approach
- Excellent communication skills
