- Experience within the financial services industry is desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities :
- The main part of this role is dealing with customers who have purchased a vehicle from First Response and they are unhappy with the quality of it. It is your job to investigate whether the issues on the vehicle were there when the customer got it or are because of general wear and tear over time.
- You will need to contact the customer dealer and other third parties to obtain all the information to help you make a decision.
- Once your investigation has been completed and you have decided on what you are going to do you will need to communicate this to your customer via a letter. It is important that this letter is structured and clear to the customer with details of what you have investigated the outcome and the reason for your decision.
